Basic Terms of AgreementTo all the agreements concluded between us and a client only present GTA apply. Placing an order or purchasing constitute the acceptance of this terms. Our offerThe offer is optional and with reservation of timely self-delivery and product availability. Part delivery is acceptable. If default binding date of delivery is due to complete or partial product inaccessibility the client is entitled to withdraw from the agreement within 2 weeks from purchase date. In this case the present regulations do not apply. ShippingDA client may choose insured or non-insured shipping. If the product is available it is usually delivered within 3 up to 4 working days from date of cash inflow. We do not take any responsibility for the duration of the postal delivery service. "GPS-Shop24" do not take any responsibility for non-insured shipping, thus insured shipping is recommended.If the postal package is damaged or lost we immediately assert a claim to a person responsible for - in particular cases to establish localization of the product. We are not obliged to perform substitute delivery or money return to the client as long as transport damage is unambiguously confirmed or if the procedure is in progress. Delivered product remains our property until the payment is completed . Retraction InstructionA client has a right to send back received product within 2 weeks from the delivery date without giving a reason. The period commences with the receipt of the product and present Retraction Instruction. In order to send the product back the client must contact us via mail, fax or telephone. The product must be sent back intact and in original package along with the original label. Complaints should be adressed to:Danuta Glombica, Ausblick 10, 42113 Wuppertal. The retraction proceedure: for product value up to 40,00 the client is charged for the return sending cost- unless delivered article doesn´t correspond to the ordered one. For product value above 40,00 we bear the return sending cost. Return dispatch must be insured. Other packages will not be accepted. Money back on returnThe purchase cost - in particular cases return shipping cost as well, is refunded immediately within no longer than 3 working days from the return receipt. Therefore a client must provide us timely with their bank account data. Please bear in mind that there is no full refund - if the value of the product is disturbed due to improper and harmful utilization or testing of which the client was aware of, or due to direct damage of the product or the package or any other encountered circumstances. In exceptional cases suitable deduction for devaluation will be charged. Should the purchased object devaluation be so significant and making resell impossible the product return will not be accepted. GuaranteeTransport damage can only be accepted if immediately - no later than 48hrs, reported to us via email. Thus, guarantee period is dependent on the early date of sending the return dispatch to the vendor which enables inquiring into complaint. Given despite thorough expertise fault is not proved or it is proved to have been caused by the client the Guarantee claim for damage is impossible to fulfill.Client should then send the intact product back unless they are willing to cover the repair and shipping cost and informed us about it in writing. This remains in terms of regulations of the German law. Execution place and appeal court are located in Wuppertal. |
